  1. Revisaremos todo el contenido enviado durante la etapa 1, y luego nominaremos de 10 a 20 presentaciones para seleccionar la etapa 2.

  3. Al final de la semana (11 de noviembre), el equipo de COBINHOOD calculará manualmente la "tasa de difusión" dentro de los parámetros, lo que significa que los candidatos se evaluarán por igual (por ejemplo, un artículo sobre Steemit no se valorará menos que un artículo en Medio).

  4. Los tres primeros que obtienen la mayor tasa de difusión recibirán
