comment_options test

You need the develop branch of python-steem installed and can then use it .. The next release will have this feature included by default. The next release of piston will also allow you to set those payout extra options directly when using piston post.

There are some options for posts on Steem that can be changed with a specific transaction that takes this form

These parameters can be set for any of your post in order to make them payout STEEMPower only, or to prevent people from voting (not sure this is implemented on chain, tho).
