No offense, but that is a really stupid idea. Someone's premined coins are still their coins, it would be incredibly unethical (trust me I know unethical :^]) to take them away.

Coins or contracts that grant voting power? The distinction is very important.
You can hold your claim that stolen money is still stolen money, as long as you like. The rest of the world won't agree with you that steem power mined before it was truly public, should be worth anything.
I'm sure P.T. Barnum is rolling in his grave at the fact that there is still people out there who think that those who are guilty of defrauding the public should not have their ill gotten gains taken away.

It's not really stolen money though, people should have been aware of the premine just like with all other cryptos.
And if we wanna bring up the rest of the world, then they'd probably agree with my assessment of people like canadian and kafka. So why even bother bringing that argument into it?
