I lived in Andalucía for three years and wish I could have found a way to stay. The food is amazing, and I still keep in touch with the friends I made there.
Wow 3 years! How was Andalucía? I've only been to Barcelona and Mallorca :D
I would have stayed, but my visa was based on one-year contracts. The lifestyle suits me well and I have a lot of friends in that part of Spain. Plus, the food is delicious :-)
