SpaceSwap- A Yield Farming Platform of Consisting core products in Blockchain
SpaceSwap is a real community-run project that is governed by the vote of the community. There are a few core products in SpaceSwap's ecosystem and Interstellar is one of them. This is the main SpaceSwap product that was launched with MILKy planets.
SpaceSwap Interstellar
SpaceSwap Interstellar, a Yield Farming platform, allows liquidity providers to add LP tokens to the Milky Planets (farming pools). Once users provide their LP tokens, they start to farm MILK2 tokens. As an LP, it is important to understand that you may be exposed to "Impermanent Loss" when providing liquidity. Users enter into farms of their choice. When farming, users receive a new distribution of MILK2 with each block. It is not a fixed return, it is not a promised return, it is not financial advice - it is based on ETH returns.
Know about Impermanent loss of LP
Simply put, an impermanent loss is a difference between holding tokens in an AMM and holding them in your wallet. It occurs when the price of tokens inside an AMM diverges in any direction. The more divergence, the greater the impermanent loss.
Why “Impermanent”?
Because as long as the relative prices of tokens in the AMM return to their original state when you entered the AMM, the loss disappears and you earn 100% of the trading fees.
However, this is rarely the case. More often than not, impermanent loss becomes permanent, eating into your trade income or leaving you with negative returns.
SpaceSwap v2 Yield Farming (Interstellar)
I. How does it work?
Yield Farming is responsible for LP tokens listing. The total number of projects listed is 9. These projects are re-elected according to the rules of the Galaxy voting process. The main target is new promising projects. SpaceSwap helps DeFi project newcomers to build up their community and provide it with incentives for adding liquidity to Uniswap pools, holding and buying their tokens.
It's not simple to get listed on our platform. However, it is accessible to high-quality, promising projects that the community is ready to vote for. They provide regular interchangeability of the projects through the voting system, giving a chance to all worthy candidates.
II. Why do we need Interstellar?
1. For us: Users come to us to get free tokens and we enlarge our base, as well as increase our volume of trading liquidity, MILK2 and SHAKE coins. Moreover, we focus on users' attention on other projects that are about to be launched within the SpaceSwap ecosystem.
2. For projects: If a project is listed, its users will be motivated to add the project's tokens to Uniswap liquidity pools. This will raise the value of the token and the pool volume while motivating users to buy and hold the coin.
3. For users: As the number of projects is limited and we don't have the ones with whales, users get the chance to farm the great MILK2 volume for a reasonable investment.
How to get your pool listed on SpaceSwap
1. Burn the Launchpad fee in MILK2 coins (coins will be burnt automatically). Please note that MILK coins are NOT accepted.
2. Have your pool introduced in the SPACEGROUND test area. Please note that this does not guarantee official listing - the community will decide upon the fate of your pool.
3. Let users try it and if they vote to include it, your pool will be officially listed in the Milky Planets lineup.
SpaceSwap Interstellar is a Yield Farming Platform. Yield farming is the practice of staking or lending crypto assets in order to generate high returns or rewards in the form of additional cryptocurrency.
