Space and Time Project. Brief overview, team, roadmap.
Space and Time , a decentralized data platform, has raised $20 million in strategic funding to help enterprises grow with smart contracts technology.
The mission is to make smart contracts even smarter and expand the use of business logic with smart contracts.
Although Space and Time is in its early stages of development, it has already attracted the attention of many funds that have invested in the project.
The capital raising was led by Microsoft’s M12 Venture Fund, which included investors such as Framework Ventures, HashKey, SevenX Ventures, Foresight Ventures, Polygon and the Avalanche Blizzard ecosystem fund, among others. In late July, Space and Time raised $10 million in an initial round led by Framework Ventures.
Space and Time is Web3’s own data warehouse. Built from the ground up as a multi-chain data platform for dApps and developers in the gaming/DeFi space or any project in need of next-generation analytics.
In what areas will the project be useful?
Space and Time offers users a next generation method to run cryptographically guaranteed analytics and easily download results for use in multiple DeFi solutions. With Space and Time, developers have access to both real-time and historical blockchain data, greatly enhancing DeFi’s use of the network.
With Space and Time, a user can, for example, easily see which DEX has a large volume of recent transactions, or account for each transaction associated with a particular wallet on multiple DEXs, or even download historical data on asset prices within a particular liquidity.
Space and Time gives developers access to a decentralized, trust-free database to create smart contracts.
Web3 Games can use Space and Time to easily combine big game telemetry data off the grid with transparent ownership data on the grid in a single request, and then send that response back to the grid. For example, calculating shot accuracy, distance traveled, or assists based on telemetry combined with the NFT/ownership used in each game and then sending those updated stats back to the chain for leaderboards or game rewards.
Space and Time creates a navigational bridge from Web2 to Web3 for traditional enterprises. Space and Time uniquely enables enterprises to move their data from centralized source systems to a tamper-proof, decentralized data warehouse using familiar tools to enable new use cases based on smart contracts.

Despite the fact that Space and Time is still at the very beginning of its journey, it is already showing great progress in development.
