A first interstellar object outside our solar system has been spotted

in #space6 years ago

In our modern history this is the first time a asteroid or comet has come close enough to Earth which is visible to astronomers.

This interstellar object is most likely originated from a far distant star outside of our very own solar system.

Researchers are now trying to pin point exactly which star and appears to be from the direction of Vega.

The space rock alien is roughly 400 metres in diameter and traveling at 25.5/miles per second.

So long as we don't have any asteroids coming right at us, all is good haha. But knowing something came from outside of our solar system and is passing through ours is amazing.

Das Sonnensystem und andere Systeme ( ein mega-mega-mega-großes Puzzle)
Die Erde ist nur ein kleiner Teil! Dieses Puzzle ist nicht zu knacken!

I’ve heard that Saturn and Jupiter’s rings make the security job by providing their magnetic fields which pushing out meteorites and comets on a vast spaces

They are not exactly their rings but their enormous gravity that causes many asteroids to end up trapped on it.
Making many of these asteroids never reach the inner Solar system where the Earth is.

this is the first time a asteroid or comet has come close enough to Earth which is visible to astronomers, very nice , i enjoy this

Excellent job. Go ahead @originate
