If it succeeds or fails? Do you know how much of tax payers money was invested into it? Buh well I trust my engineering brothers and sisters over at NASA, it will definitely work.
This is a SpaceX rocket, not a NASA rocket. SpaceX is a private company whose money comes from Elon Musk, the investors in SpaceX, and their customers, one of which is NASA.
