This is a state-owned investment holding company with a well-diversified portfolio of investments in financial services, agro allied, property development and construction, services and technology, manufacturing, trading and others. The company headquarter is based in Sarawak, Malaysia. The product that will be the point of discourse falls under the financial services sub sector of the group called SOYCOIN.
THE PRODUCT (SOYCOIN)
The is a unique blockchain option for investing in real high tech industrial production that combines cryptocurrency, green technology and other factors. Soy coin is the first of its kind because of green technology solution using soybean to fuel a network of mining farms independent of a centralized power supply system. It is diversification of production of network of plants located worldwide.
At the early stage, Soycoin project will build the production plants to process the soybeans crops. The production plants will now use latest technology for processing of the soybean, wheat, corn and plants at premium costs.
Soycoin is not only unique by using the latest green technologies for the production of new, ready-made products, but also recycles the waste as new opportunities for new and cheaper products such as biofuels, fodder proteins and fertilizers.
CHALLENGES
Since the Soycoin product is an hybrid of green production and cryptocurrency, therefore it comes with some challenges which are highlighted below;
 Tendencies in the digital currency market can affect tokens of Soycoins (SKC) considerably due to price volatility.
 The parent company ASSAR Group will be subjected to international and local operating rules and regulations which can limit the possibility of the usage of the tokens to forecast market trends.
 ASSAR Group will work in synergy with the Bancor Group therefore any misunderstanding in contractual terms can have an adverse effect on Soycoin prospects.
 The dispositions and plans given in the prototype can change during the implementation phase of the project thereby having an adverse effect
ISSUES TO BE RESOLVE
The major issue this product is to solve, is the problem of greenhouse emission which is fast depleting our ozone layer due to the use of non-environmental friendly or out dated machinery in industrial scale. The consequences of these processes are water pollution, air pollution, contribution to climate change, and the deterioration in human health.
BENEFITS
The product enable waste to be converted to biogas, which in turn will be used to develop cheap electric and thermal energy. The unused biogas can be burned or used to generate about 2579kWh. For this reason, it is sensible and practical decisions to apply industrial mining farm to mining of various cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoins, Ethereum, Zcash, Moreno and others)
It brings about industrial mining without the associated costs of electricity leveraging on green technologies with a decentralized power architecture.
Soycoin is not subjected to inflationary pressure like other cryptocurrencies.
Since it is integrated into the Bancor system, it gives stability/security to other coins of ecosystem and the growth of the cryptocurrency market

Our development plan is based on a possibility of one of five scenarios, depending on the volume of the raised funds:
• $25 million–construction one plant with a Capacity of 200 tons a day. With Mining on 3000 farms.
• $50 million–construction two plants with a Capacity of 200 tons a day. With Mining on 3000 farms.
• $88 million–construction one plant with a Capacity of 600 tons a day. With Mining on 5000 6000 farms.
• $176 million–construction two plants with a Capacity of 600 tons a day. With Mining on 5000 -6000 farms.
• $264 million–construction 3 plants with a Capacity of600 tons a day. With Mining on 5000 -6000 farms.
