Yes potatoes are easy to grow! And this post proves that you can do amazing things with leftovers!!

Even if rudolf Steiner thinks potatoes de-evolve humans, they’re still one of our fav reliable crops!! LOL!

    I hadn't heard that one about rudolf steiner... how funny! Yeah I don't mind potatoes either, especially since they tend to perennialize themselves. I've had so many meals out of "weeded" potatoes!
