Great post. Love the "snow snuggled parsley". Sounds like a very high end ingredient, lol.
My favorite way to cook is to check the fridge for what is nearing its final day and call it a food challenge and create something at the very least edible. Sometimes even spectacular as you have clearly demonstrated here.
