Learn Chinese with @cn-reader: 老铁

in #soundcloud6 years ago (edited)

老铁 is used among men to indicate the close brotherhood relationship between 2 person. As to why it is called 老铁 which literal translate as “old metal”, equivalent to magnets that stick to each other; 老铁 can be used as 兄弟(which mean brother)

Example: 老铁们,干杯! Cheers mate!

*att: Cheers is Chinese culture would require you to do the one shot.

great learning guide.

Very cool, I am all about learning new things. Today I learned a couple new words in Chinese.

Seems like it will be difficult at first, to learn the characters and sounds, but the audio you provided helps a lot.

Thank you. we will have a serie of learn chinese by stories in the near future.

Love this blog, upvoted and followed. Can't wait to see what other interesting stuff you guys share! Do you know what part of China this is usually used? I think I usually just hear people in Chengdu say 兄弟.

老铁 is a new work on the internet for 兄弟. It is not for a certian area.

是我网速问题嘛,没有看到声音的链接呢😢

需要翻墙呢。

老铁如果直译为“Old metal”就很搞笑 ;)

哈哈 应该不会有这种错误哈
