Souls trapped inside the bodies
He sees judgment, labeling, insults, war, a newborn baby, flowers that bloom in the spring, rainbow, pain, enthusiasm, shame, cheerfulness, everything he sees.

It hosts all kinds of thoughts, feelings. Fear, shame, anger, pain, helplessness, despair turn into. These difficult emotions need to be seen and accepted.
People, animals, plants, mountains, stones need to be seen and compassionate. In the process we are in, some people practice to invite themselves to open-hearted awareness and take the space to the end.
