Some sort of cover-up no doubt. The government owned laboratories are always involved in some rather interesting experiments and projects, so definitely Could be a number of things.
Official story appears to be a big distraction! Especially when you hear people talk who were right there and how that town didn't have anyone crawling all over it Above ground anyhow.
