I ve posted recently on California selling its energy rights . Upload coming Saturday morning . Pacific gas & electric company of California were in negotiations with SOLARN CORP in 2009 to supply Cali with 200 megawatts for next 15 years starting 2016 only to move date to 2020. And how does solarn Corp plan to do so ?
