The cost of solar panel have decreased 58 % these last 5 years, making solar energy one of the cheapest. But we don't really care that it is the cheapest. Burning coal and oil in cities is provoking thousands of deaths and we want to avoid premature deaths.
Almost everybody knows these facts today but nobody knows how to transition the system from a fossil fuel to a renewable energy system.
