Tim Bernes-Lee, who was stationed at CERN in 1980, believed that CERN researchers should have a system to share their knowledge and documents with each other.Therefore, we proposed a system named ENQUIRE as a prototype. When it came to 1989, Tim Berners Lee threw the first name of the internet based system again. After developing the HTML markup language in 1990, he set up the World Wide Web (WWW) system. In this way, the HTML that emerged in the direction of facilitating information sharing at CERN has become an indispensable structure in the construction of web sites today. HTML is the main basis for all of the websites we use today.

What is HTML?
Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) is the standard text markup language used to create web pages. The current version of the HTML language used today is HTML5. HTML can not be defined as a standalone programming language. Because HTML code can not write a self-running program. However, it is possible to write programs that can work through these language interpretable programs. We can show this phenomenon as a programming language. The basic requirement is to simply bind the different data such as text, images and video, and the pages containing them together, in addition to specifying the rules necessary for that page to be properly displayed by web browser software. The HTML code reads Internet browsers, translates comments and visuals, so it is possible that the same HTML code will give different results in different browsers. When used with CSS and JavaScript, visual and dynamic websites can be created via HTML. It is written using HTML commands between the smallest and bigger symbols (eg, ). They are often used in pairs to indicate the beginning and end of the marked text.
