After the System Collapses

in #software5 years ago

The people that are in the crypto space know that we live in a giant human farm, but believe that digital tokens and hooking up their identities to the Matrix will save them.

Cryptocurrencies have been nothing but facilitators of scams and automated streams of income which survive off of tugging human emotions. We can see though, in the background, that even the supposed "savior of humanity" is starting to meet the hard ground of reality: Steemit.

Tell me, why would Steemit take off support for the STEEM currency and put it on another site? They've screwed over a lot of people that can't log in now because nobody can remember their unrecoverable passwords, all for "consuming less resources."

This comes some months after they were reported to have laid off 70% of their workforce because the crypto markets fell.

And now it seems like anyone can code up an app, make a token, put it on a DEX and sell the platform to unsuspecting users, increase the demand of the token, and then leave before people find out just how sh*t the platform actually is, and that almost anyone can create something exactly like it.

APIs are incredibly convenient to set up robots that make money for you -- all you have to do is draft one up, run it, leave, and suddenly you're getting a lot more of these digital tokens than you could have doing it manually (what are you if you're not automating?)

But the problem with this is--- wait, what's going to happen if robots control most of the capital? Will we then need to appeal to the robots just to create our own stream of income?

Relax Atherz, Steemit's supposed to help save humanity. Bitcoin and the blockchain is leading a revolution. Didn't you see how the price went up a week ago?

Yeh. Did you see how CNBC Fast Money hyped it all up and said that we were moon-shotting to $6000, and that the bear market is officially over? Pack your bags and get in?

Meanwhile I was freaked out because this explosion ignored so many technical retests, and the real bottom is obviously not in because we really haven't seen the real crash.

Stoopid Atherz the crash was from $20k to $3k! Stop being a dummy and get in!

No dude, I meant the real crash... Which brings me to this:

After the System Collapses:

Q: What will the collapse look like?

Answer this question after you've been able to fully differentiate between the real world and the fake. Once you see that the real world is just like it has always been, and that the only thing that has really been changing is the rollout of all of this technology... you'll see what the collapse will look like.

My buddy @athconnect posted a really interesting post taking about the implications of open-source. News flash -- open source programs don't make money, and yet they're taking precedence over proprietary apps.

This meas that the things we build will ultimately work for the machine and not for us. Especially since these smart contracts and applications with APIs will have to keep paying the supplier to keep going. I remember when APIs were things you downloaded...

But then you look around and see the roads that are really just oil that we plastered over the ground to ride our oil-machines on to work for companies that ultimately will put us out of work, so that we can get this paper backed by oil in order to eat and pay taxes to the oil companies.

But obviously we still have a lot of oil, at least for the next few decades, and so now you want to hype up the digital smart grid whose economy will still run on oil, but at the same time will put you out of work and so the only way for you to get by would be to engage on the blockchain -- a robot ruled, human emotion farming machine.

(And I say farming machine because look at YouTube -- all of the popular videos are just addictive, sensational, bumps of drugs to keep you from facing your boring ass life.)

Q: But what's going to happen after that? After people give up the blockchain because it would ultimately fail them?

Well, if your money, your food, your house, your electricity, your car and your communications are hooked up to the blockchain.......... I don't think you'd be able to just "give it up."

Go ahead, call me a doomer. Anything to put me away from telling you cold ass facts.

Your world is a lie and no "spirituality" is going to stop this.
You heard that right, starseed, empath or whatever.

Because the time's going to come when money will grow short. The system works now but only because enough people still believe in it to work for it, shop online and buy digital tokens hoping one day for mass adoption.

But money will crunch. That's where I'll leave you, because once the dollar collapses you'll be on your own.

I think crypto currency and all these "revolutions" are also a part of the system, just a different system within a system. I am very certain that while trying to survive in all these, human beings have to do everything they can into developing Themselves. Right now we, people, develop various systems, but not ourselves. Our minds and bodies are weak, and talking about so-called "Superpowers" like telepathy or ability to go on without certain foods and in harsh conditions is totally out of the questions. We cannot do anything without technology, warm houses, food from the store, cars, pills...

If and when all this is gone, most people won't survive. Humanity now reminds me of those fat boneless people from the movie "Wallie" (maybe misspelling the name). Who couldn't even walk anymore and had to be fed like pigs raised for slaughter.
