"First, do no harm", hypocrisy, and how to build a world on voluntary goverment

"Primum, non nocere" assumes that a "medical doctor" can consent to coercive government and harm people outside of their profession, but then magically become angels during their 9-to-5 work day that put the wellbeing of others above all else.
