If you run your own business, then you will understand the importance of effective time management. Part of being successful is about meeting deadlines, delivering your services on-time and getting everything you set out to do, done.

We have a set plan when it comes to working, we have a scheduled time for handling all social media management, allocate time for any SEO work and each day, before starting work, make a list of everything that needs to be done before the end of the day. Each task is assigned a timescale to complete and as and when each job is done it is ticked off.

Having this visual representation means we know exactly where we are, what is done, what needs to be done, as well as being a clear goal marker for the days work.
