When Dealing with Multiple Clients.

Dealing with multiple clients for social media requires careful planning, our first rule with ANY client is to plan a diary of their posts, what type of post each day etc, sometimes these can be static, IE Monday to Sunday, but we prefer to run what we call a rolling campaign with a diary of around 9+ days before repeating the cycle with fresh posts.

This allows us to do some great shortcuts, such as once a week we will post a 'Day of The Week' infogram, simply saying for instance 'Have a GREAT Saturday', then the week later it will be Sunday, then Monday and so on.
Because we use a generic infogram that is not branded to any particular client, ( Unless specifically requested and in the contract.) it allows us to mass post these, we also do one inspirational quote of the week on the same basis.

So, if you were to have say, 100 clients, each posting once per day to, this would account for 200 out of 700 posts. As you will agree, quite a significant saving of man hours!.
Also to further improve the speed and efficiency of our posting without compromising on quality, we will proactively pursue social media contracts of a similar nature. For instance if we have a restaurant and a food delivery service as well as a catering company, we would look for more of the same genre, this then allows us, (in this instance.) post a couple of 'Food Facts' posts to all these companies, again reducing the time it takes to post.
Some people may say that duplicating the posts is lowering the level of service, however, all our social media clients have different fans and followers, so although the post is not unique to them, it is to their individual audience.

The real secret with social media is careful planning and having a workable strategy in place. It really is about working smarter not harder as you grow your business.
