If i want a peace of mind, i just do the airplane mode. Also, since i became active in steemit, i no longer spend time/less time with those apps. I totally agree with number 5, lets do daily walks or much better enroll and spend an hour on a gym. Awesomeness @lisolkarian.

Yes, @invictuz you are right about the gym, but those who is not doing hard trainings would better have time doing yoga. That's where cell-phones are even not allowed to be present. Same with attending professional relaxing massage. I am very addicted to my phone and honestly point #1 make me use social media much more rarely.

Haha, lets do the walking then. Since we can still comment, upvote and resteem while walking.

don't you think steemit is also kind of addiction?

Haha, i'm a newbie and its a first time for me joining a blog site. All those crypto stuff and words are also new to me. Maybe being in the BPO world along the way let me learn some skills to easily adapt to people.
