I'm really sorry you feel that way, I've been there and it isn't a walk in the park. The most important piece of advice I could have given myself was that it's important not to become addicted to negativity. It's easy to not even notice it at first, how comforting it becomes to wallow in negativity and self doubt, and spending your days feeling sorry for yourself, once you make it to the other side for even a second, you realize how irrational you were being. Yet the difficult part is making it there.
