The 21st century requires people to pay attention. And now pay attention by following this through. You set up social media accounts that is Facebook,Instagram,twitter,steemit etc at an early age say 12. From 12 to 40 all your life stays on the social media. You post almost everywhere you go and everything you do whether it is good or bad as long as it can bring in the likes.It doesn't matter much since our parents don't use these platforms . Now fast forward to when you daughter is 14 and wants to go to this wild party in town. So she is opening the page you posted when you where 14 and sneaked out of the house and later posted selfies at the party with friends and doing crazy staff. For you your parents didn't use the platform thereby no harm to you. In this case you have no leverage to tell your daughter not to go. So 21st century requires people to pay attention of what they post on social media.
