STOP Gender equality.......................... IT HARMS THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

The issue of the gender inequality is one of the most widely discussed not only in philosophical literature but also in mass media sources .the women and girls are neglected segment of our society and violence on women and girls exists in world wide. the main root cause of this is hunger and poverty .The girls majority of the poor suffering life time marginalization
this is one the most important and ethical issue that requires proper investigation to find the proper and suitable solutions .these types of issues are totally connected with human values and education. these type of issues also shows the moral and ethical development of the society. we immediately tries the find the suitable solution and takes strict actions about this .
In India, discriminatory attitudes towards either sex have existed for generations and affect the lives of both sexes. Although the constitution of India has granted men and women equal rights, gender disparity still remains. and the women are known as the ones to stay home and cook and clean while the men are at their jobs earning money.however gender roles in the society are constantly changing but not up to that level as we all want still their are many cities in India like haryana ,bihar etc

where gender inequality still remains a serious issue As a result,both men and women are forced to resist their dreams .

What would happen to girl? Let us assume she is 12 years old; what is her life’s trajectory? Get married early? Poverty? And once that happens, maternal health complications and child mortality could also follow.

What do you think would happen to the boys? They would teach their children the same way so inter-generational poverty is perpetuated. What else? The boys might have a possibility to improve their education. girls brother already might get a scholarship, which perhaps she was also well qualified to compete for. It’s not that we do not wish the boys to have success, but we want both the girls and the boys to have equal opportunities.
But apart from all these things due to the rise of social media all women and girls get a new voice that gives their dreams a new thought .

1 Civil Rights Act of 1964: Title VII (Equal Employment Opportunities) The Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects individuals against discrimination in many different areas.

2 The Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) ECOA guarantees an equal opportunity to obtain credit and prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of sex, familial status, race, color, religion, national origin, age,

3 Fair Housing Act (FHA) The FHA prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of housing based on sex, familial status, race, color, national origin, religion, and disability.
4 Equal Pay Act of 1963 (EPA) The EPA requires that employers pay all employees equally for equal work, regardless of whether the employees are male or female.

5 Pregnancy Discrimination Act The Pregnancy Discrimination Act prohibits employment discrimination against female workers who are (or intend to become) pregnant - including discrimination in hiring, failure to promote, and wrongful termination.
