Italy vs Netherlands - International friendly 04.06.2018
The 2006 World Champions Italy faced Netherlands in an international friendly match. After the first half the score was 0:0. We've had to wait until Italy scored a beautiful team goal finished by Simone Zaza (67') who came onto the field 6 minutes earlier. Two minutes later we've seen a red card for Domenico Criscito. The game was almost over, but then Nathan Aké (88') scored a header.

For a person who isn't into soccer it could be a World Cup match. The sad truth is neither Italy nor Netherlands are going to play at the World Cup. Both sides failed to qualify for the biggest soccer tournament.
Italy and Netherlands had chances to score and win the match but it ended with a tie. Let's hope those two teams will stand up and show their best at the next European Championship.
