Varane Officially Signed New Contract at Real Madrid

Real Madrid again gave a contract extension to his star player. This time, turn back center back Raphael Varane who has signed a new contract with the club from Santiago Bernabeu.

The contract deal between Madrid and Varane was announced by the club on Wednesday (27/9) local time. After this announcement, the French international will stay at Real Madrid for the next five years.

Varane has entered into a contract until June 30, 2022.

Real Madrid and Varane have agreed to extend the contract of the player, which will be tied to the club until June 30, 2022, "wrote Madrid on its official website.

Varane is also scheduled to soon give an official statement about the extension of this contract on Thursday (28/9) tomorrow. Varane will be present in the media room at Santiago Bernabeu and answer questions from journalists who attended.

Since joining Madrid in 2011, Varane is now a very important figure in the center back position. The 24-year-old has given 13 titles to Real Madrid: three Champions League titles, two Club World Cups and two La Liga titles.

Varane's new contract continues the Madrid success which has renewed the contract of Marcelo, Isco, Dani Carvajal, Karim Benzema and Marcos Llorente.
