David Luiz back with Chelsea

WOW, 2 years after he left Chelsea to join PSG David Luiz is going back to Chelsea

Personally I think David should have stayed in France, the league is better suited for him...

This year will be very interesting year in the EPL... Both Manchester teams look good, Arsenal is looking decent and Chelsea is loaded again...
