I kinda feel proud within myself cuz I predicted this. This PSG team may have the flashy Neymar, the agile Mbappe and all that, but they desperately lack that efficiency for the big European games, against the big European teams and last night, they were duly punished by Real Madrid’s ruthlessness and Ronaldo’s brace
In truth, they could have easily won this game, the Madrid defence looked very suspect everytime Neymar ran at them and they seemed to be playing well for 80 minutes, but common, this is Real Madrid you’re up against, more is required, you need to be on your toes all game, the full 90 minutes.
Real Madrid and Ronaldo once again have proven that they are the big game experts, the manner in which they punished the PSG defence for going to sleep in the last 10 minutes was absolutely cold blooded. Ronaldo now has 11 champions league goals this season, he’s now scored 116 champions league goals, no one else comes close to any of these.

Ronaldo is in a class of his own. The way he dominates the pitch is something else. I would have thought PSG would have learnt their lesson about switching off when playing Real M by now but obviously not. That being said Mbappe is a player to watch for the future, I think he will be a massive name in the footballing world. It was a great game to watch.
Rightly said bro. It’s quite painful that a team with as much talent as PSG posses will be this indisciplined. Well, let’s not write them off yet, the second leg in Paris offers them a shot at redemption
