Barcelona have made Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta their number one target this summer, according to a report from Spanish publication Marca .
The Catalan club continue their search for a right-back, having failed to lure Arsenal Hector Bellerin to Camp Nou, which has led them to the Chelsea defender instead.
Will be very interesting to see if this is just speculation and rumour. He fits Chelsea style of play perfectly and has been consistently performing at a very high level. It will be a big blow to Chelsea if his head is turned by this.
