RE: The soccerclub, not just a club to bring your kids to :)

Great post? What kind of dishes do you put out on a mass scale like that? My wife and I have done some mild catering in the past, so I am curious to hear what one of your menus might consist of.

Thank you :), we do make dishes which don't have to be prepared 'a'la minute'. So the first year we made two kinds of wraps with chicken and with minced meat. Stuffed with peppers, corn, onions, mushrooms, fresh herbs and beans. The second year we made fresh pizza's , first we wanted to let each group prepare their own pizza's, but the ovens were to small. So we made them ourselves. The third year we made a complete chinese menu, babi soy sauce, nasi rames, satay, panggang and Fou Yong hai with krupuk. The fourth we organised a BBQ with all fresh salads, vegetable sticks and some good meat. This year we made italian, Macaroni Marianara with a fresh made marianara sauce and Spaghetti Carbonara. So every year some different :) I must say that the kitchen is professional decorated

every year we stay at this place http://www.bosrandhellendoorn.nl/verenigingen/

Oh yeah! That is a pretty impressive kitchen! I like the separate burners for the pasta pots! Sounds like a great menu! It's always great to eat fresh as opposed to processed box stuff. It's too bad that it costs so much more to eat the good stuff than the pre-packaged stuff.

If you do good shopping it doesn't have to be much more expensive. Just clever shopping :) And for the camp we approached some sponsors of the club ;)

Very Cool!
