It's manual, with some spreadsheet and pivot table magic. However it is labourious and takes a fair bit of time (far more than I should spend on this, but I'm a little crazy like that!).

At some point I'll look to automate everything and create a suitable frontend; especially if the number of entrants get any bigger.
