Weekday Adventure Series Day 1

Woke up today, ran some early morning errands. Waited in line at the DMV, paid for my annual auto registration, but then realize "my car is over 10 years old, man I need to get it smogged".

Oh well, I'll wait on that. Lets go for an afternoon hike instead.

Picked up my little cousins, since they are on spring break. We proceeded to Del Cerro Park in Palo Verdes, CA. The drive from my cousin's house with California traffic took us about an hour.

We made it to the trail.

With the many months of rain, California have been experiencing the "super bloom"- rare event in which wildflowers bloom and share its beautiful colors.

Rare blooms also bring along little critters such as bees, lady bugs, and butterflies.


Just enjoying the great outdoor with family, made me realize the reason why I left my 9-5.
