RE: Trump reduces national debt by billions. The libtard Soros MSM snowflakes hide the good news. Obama buried us in debt in his 1st year.
Why not report the debt reduction?
Why not report the debt reduction?
I think that not only do some have grudges against Trump but also hold an anti-Trump stream of content in order to please their base-viewers and bosses. It certainly isn't fair but I think that at the time there was more relevant news to discuss.
Not to mention that 12,000,000,000 / ~20,000,000,000,000 is only about 0.06% of the total US's dept and so its not much to report on...
When there is 20 trillion in debt and interest alone is a trillion 12 billion reduction is big. Context.
Even on a 1 trillion interest it is ~1.2% which I will say is starting to be a number worth reporting on, but this is also majorly due to trending economics (meaning sustained changed over time).
I think the reason this isn't a big deal is because Trump didn't do anything to actually reduce the national dept, he just inherited a situation in which it was already decreasing.
Look, I'm not trying to fight I'm just stating facts. I honestly enjoy being able to have open discussions about the current political climate so if you can prove me wrong on the fact that Trump hasn't helped pass any single legislation aimed at reducing the national dept I am more than willing to listen.
The fact is this hideous debt is not of Trumps doing and will never be paid off. If trump survives a full term the Federal reserve debt dumped on the taxpayer will be wiped away along with the illegal federal reserve and the IRS. I refuse, after 34 yrs of payment, to give the illegal IRS another dime.

I didn't say any of this is Trump's fault or that the situation we're in isn't detrimental to our country. I am appalled at how money is being handled in the US and this is one of the reason I started using cryptocurrency built on the blockchain technology.
But back to the original post, I think that the title "Trump reduces national debt by billions. The libtard Soros MSM snowflakes hide the good news. Obama buried us in debt in his 1st year." is a little convoluted when looking at the facts of the situation. Marginalizing rhetoric will only further divide this country when we should be having open dialogue about these topics and how to go about solving them. It is only once we have true open mindedness that we will be able to solve our nation's issues.
The context is you have to add 1 trillion in interest to the 12 billion reduction to get a real comparable number. You only get a reduction after interest is paid 1st. Making the overall number much much bigger.
Again, (12 billion / 1 trillion) = ~1.2%.
The point I'm trying to make is that you say "Trump reduces national dept by billions" but there is no evidence that this is due to Trump's efforts. The only evidence of what caused this reduction is a trend in the economy over the past couple of years.
Personally, I'm gonna wait to see where the economy is at the end of the Trump presidency in order to judge it fairly and accurately. I solely look at passed legislation by the executive branch in order to judge our current president's efforts and accomplishments. Right now, I am very skeptical at the lies pushed by the White House of which endless sheeple just eat up and regurgitated.
Guess the Trump bashers can wait for Hillary to get elected so they can get some real numbers. Or they could stand in line to purchase ocean front land in arizona.
