Can snowboarding regularly make you live longer?
Well if you take into account the amount of fresh air you will be breathing at the top of the mountain the exercise you'll be getting just by hauling your equipment to the mountain and doing up your boots (if you're as flexible as i am this really is enough) seems like a safe bet, as long as you don't fall off a cliff or get run over by a snow cat.

While we may not all be worms ill just say that i definitely feel just a little bit more alive and awake with a pile of snow down the back of my neck even if it is just a little uncomfortable.
Some studies suggest that just living at high altitudes improves cardiovascular health, thanks to the lower oxygen level of the “thinner” air. Researchers have also linked living at high elevations to lower body weight.
So ive made up my mind. I'm going to the mountain, building a snow hut and ill see you all in the spring.
