Tonight at the Dollar General! #sndboxquest on D.Tube | Video in Public Place
This is our 3rd entry for the #sndboxquest created by @anomadsoul & @guyfawkes4-20!
In this part of the quest we were asked to make a D.Tube video in a busy public place!

We thought hard about this! We don't live near a big town with a coffee shop and no one really hangs out in our town square (plus it was super windy today!) so the closest we could come is to do it at our local Dollar General! Haha! Do you have one of these in your town? I fear they're taking over America! A lot of people frequent them, as shown tonight. We even made friends with the cashier and talked about reusing cans, glass and plastic bottles as bottle bricks!!
In this video, we talked about our desires to share our journey through practical and enlivening high quality earth-centered content created to educate, inspire and generate dialogue. We also talked a bit about how Steemit is like a web of interactions that is strengthened through groups like @sndbox! We hope you enjoy it!
It was definitely a funny experience as customers shopped and checked out (and peered over their shoulders to look at those crazy people videoing themselves at the local store!). Great idea, guys; this was a fun one!

Nope we don’t have one in our town, two hours away they do. The busy places we have are post office, gas stations, and bars.
Sounds like everywhere else in rural NA, busy bars, gas stations and post offices. You’re certainly not missing much, except a convenient place to buy hydrogen peroxide when you’re out.

Dollarama and dollar stores all over Canada too! Everything made in China, and ppl support them like crazy!
They are certainly shifting economics in this part of the world, and I’m not sure if I like it.,,

Thanks!!! It was a wee odd, but pushing our comfort zone was part of the point. We hope we can continue to share and grow on this platform, and sndbox would certainly help.
