Snapchat goes Public!

The company Snap, which owns the  chatting giant Snapchat announced, that they would go public.

But who can make profit out of it?

With the stock market launch, we can definitly expect that the two founders Evan Spiegel and Bobby Murphy both get around 15 - 20 percent. This would be around 4 Billion US-Dollars. The institutional investors will get as well money in the billions chapter. The Venture-Capital company around 12 %, Leightspeed Venture Partners around 8 % and the Institutional Venture Partners 5 %. 

What does Snapchat expect from going public?

Snap hopes to a rising of the sales. But no-ones knows how it influences the chat giant. Specialists expect that the numbers of users will drop down over the years. But to fight against this drop, unlike some years ago Twitter, Snap continual develops new features, making the program more attractive.
