same thing happened to me last night. I suggest closign that window and trying again. Steemit is still in beta so they have glitches.

thats exactly what I would have suggested , the only problem is that you start from the beginning having to upload the video again. too bad d.tube dosent save the video file on stash to just let you retry the snap(thumbnail) upload.
