Dhokla : A delious snack for any time
Dhokla is healthy as well as delicious dishes. It is also very easy to make. This is a popular Indian snacks. Here is a simple recipe to share with you.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon green chilli paste
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon coriander powder
½ eating soda
2 bowl rice
½ bowl gram lentils
½ bowl brown gram
1/4 bowl pigeon pea
2 tbsp yogurt
Ginger
Garlic
Salt
½ teaspoon mustard
1 tbsp oil
8 curry leaves
4 cloves
Cinnamon
2 whole red chillies
Recipe
Soak rice and all lentils for 7-8 hours. After this, add curd and grind them.
Leave it for 4-5 hours after grinding so that yeast will rise in the mixture.
Now add salt, soda, sugar and bake for 35 minutes.
When cooled, cut it into pieces. Toast cloves and cinnamon and grind them lightly on a griddle.
Put all the ingredients in the hot oil and fry them slightly. Serve with green coriander chutney.
Seems to be quite yummy food. I had once when my friend brought from his native place. But now I will prepare myself with this recipe.
