Healthier Snacks
Hi Friends,
A lot of how you feel and look is based on what you eat. You all know this of course, and I have been diligent about working out more in the last 9 months compared to the decade before but have not really changed my eating habits.
I feel and look good, but I want to do even better. So I am going to give healthier snacks a try!
I am finding the taste is still decent, but a more chocolatey or peanut buttery bar certainly tastes better. I also am drinking more water than normal since working from home, which has been good for me as well.
What sort of snacks do you enjoy?
