Check out @appics and Appics.com. They have a bounty system running. ICO is already over. They raised about 5 million USD.

Yes, I am thinking the same. Until the app comes out though you cannot get the tokens I think. Maybe it will be possible to trade the ERC20 tokens they hand out until the SMT is released. But they will not be listed anywhere because for that the SMT protocol must come out first.
