Blueberries ¼ cup
Honey 1.5 teaspoons
Ground cinnamon teaspoon 0,125
Apple juice with pulp ½ cup
Crushed ice ½ cup

Instructions
time 7 minutes

  • In a blender, mix peeled and sliced pieces of banana, raspberry, blueberry, honey, cinnamon, apple juice and ice. Whisk until smooth and serve immediately.
