The Blueberry Spritzer

Another day, another smoothie recipe. Here's what you need for this blueberry goodness:

BBS1

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tea spoon almond butter
  • 2 cups water

Put everything into a blender (squeeze the lemon, don't put it in with the fruit skin) and blend until smooth.

BBS2

Pros: Healthy, tasty, looks awesome
Cons: Depending on the country you live in you won't be able to buy all ingredients
