Traditional Vietnamese Clothing - Part 1
Back in the times..
We seem to take clothing now for granted; since the industrial revolution occurred, more and more products have became largely available to the masses, and in an increasing variety as well. But, what the generations before the industrial boom used to wear? And i don't mean with 5 or 10 years prior to that, but further in time .
As you see above, as footwear they mostly had simple sandals, that would 'do the job' in most of the times. Further on, the clothing,
was made up of simple pieces of cloth that were used to be manually dyed, every single one of them and then, applied various models or embroideries, depending the rank of the person and th motive (for wedding, funerals etc.)
