It is called "Nasi Tumpeng"
So its a common practice in Indonesia when you celebrate something big or official or important, you invite people; friends, colleagues, partners; and you provide this.
You can say, it consist of everything you need to have a feast.
I happened to be invited one time. Its surprisingly delicious, and a bit spicy.
