Just look at those big green eyes! How could I say no?
Mister wandered onto my off the grid property one cold night in January 2010, he was just a kitten. He was shivering and meowing and looking for a free meal; and he needed a friend to take care of him. I have always been a dog person; I have 4 Chihuahuas. They immediately took to Mister and he found his forever home!
He is not with me anymore as he has returned to whence he came. I had Mister for 6 1/2 years, well he had me! I took this photo with the first smartphone that I ever owned.
I miss Mister a lot and think of him often. I do not have a cat at this time, but my Chihuahuas are in need of another "Mister" around to wallow around in the floor with!

In Japan, cats are thought to have the power to turn into super spirits when they die. This may be because according to the Buddhist religion, the body of the cat is the temporary resting place of very spiritual people.i
