Galaxy S9+ Super Slow-Mo – Bumble Bee in Flight
Several of these interesting looking bumble bees were buzzing around the yard today when I was mowing. I took the opportunity to make a slow motion capture of one of them.
I’m not sure what it was doing looking though the grass like that but there must have been something there that was of interest. Usually they are buzzing around the dandelion flowers and I had to very careful not to hurt them when mowing.
I like the way the wings look as the bumble bee was flying around near the end of the video.
Thanks for reading! I always value your support and comments. The video was taken by me with my Galaxy S9+ with editing and background music provided by it.

Thank you kindly. I'm glad you like my work.
The video image is very small.
Yes, it was kind of hard to get really close and do the slow motion capture. I'm still learning about the camera, maybe next time I can get closer (hopefully without getting stung).
Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.
Nice words and art! Thank you.
You are very brave with the bee's @lightsplasher but be careful @lightsplasher with the beast I am very scared my friend, @lightsplasher successful greetings from me @lightsplasher and i do not forget to do the usual @lightsplasher i will always resteem and follow post best friend @lightsplasher
No worries, I don't think these type of bees sting very often, I've never been stung by a large bumblebee like this one, they don't seem to be too aggressive. I've been stung and chased by some of the smaller bees though.
Yes @lightsplasher I am afraid because I've been in the sting by the bees it turns out my friend is very brave me salaut same @lightsplasher.
I like your vidio @lightsplasher, whether the bee is not harmful to you friend..
Thank you. I'm still alive, lol. ;) No bees were harmed in the filming.
this is very interesting, your picture is pretty good. You are using a pretty good camera.
Thanks, I like the video effects it has.
I am also very interested to see the picture.
Perhaps there was a queen in the vicinity. They are coming out about now:) Love bumblebees:)
I love them too, there seem to be a few different types around.
The burrowing bees that were nesting near the garden didn't seem to make it through the winter though. Perhaps that is for the best, they can get really aggressive is someone steps on their nest.
Stepping on a bees nest does not sound like fun:) I almost can't imagine a bumble getting aggressive. But I guess it happens to defend the queen.
So cool i want to see a similar video about hummingbird that will be amazing. Regards
That would be a fun video to make. The neighbors have a hummingbird feeder, maybe I will try to make one sometime.
