The rice seagrass (Pila ampullacea) is a type of water snail that is easily found in tropical Asian freshwater waters, such as rice fields, trenches, and lakes.

These crawling animals are also known as Keong gondang, rice snails, water snails, or tutut. The shape of a rice-field snail somewhat resembles murbai snails, is still mixed, but the rice-conch has a thick green color to black. rice paddies became pests because of eating rice at a young age even making rice die and could not grow anymore. all the shoots of rice were eaten up to the stem and only the roots of it. This conch became the enemy of the peasants and the peasants laid down pesticides.
