Definitely, SMTs are very important. But I'm also a huge fan of @shredz7's project for adding NFTs. Steem is full of writers/artistis/musicians and other talent and these people need to be able to create NFTs to monetize their creations and provide fans with digital collectibles.

As a content producer, I am most interested in the idea of creating ebooks that can be made into NFTs and sell them at different prices as time goes on.

Authors should ditch discount prices and special deals and just apply game theory. For example, let's say there are 100,000 ebooks in NFT form and are sold in phases.

Phase 1: 100 ebooks - $0.25
Phase 2: 900 ebooks - $0.50
Phase 3: 9,000 ebooks - $0.99
Phase 4: 20,000 ebooks - $1.99
Phase 5: 40,000 ebooks - $3.99
Phase 6: 10,000 ebooks - $5.99
Phase 7: 8,000 ebooks - $6.99
Phase 8: 6,000 ebooks - $7.99
Phase 9: 4,000 ebooks - $8.99
Phase 10: 2000 ebooks - $9.99

This method of author sales could create an amazing second-hand market that would boost indie author popularity and book collectible value.
