Smart Investment Fund is an ERC20 Token on Ethereum,a new high yield dividend fund that will trade blockchain assets using a proprietary method of financial trading called Smart Volume Analysis (Smart VSA),coupled with a 10 year history developing and selling market analysis software for forex and commodities and offers up to 40% per year ROI to investors through dividends and asset value appreciation.

JAMES MAY

He started his career as a trader in the 1980s working in Wall Street. After several successful deals and working with many IPOs he retired from trading before he was 30 and became an early investor in Netscape at the start of the web. Over the past twenty years James has worked with numerous internet-based startups and grown the Smart Trader business. Having developed Smart as a product initially for forex markets, James adapted the trading algorithms to crypto currencies in 2013 and has been working towards this product launch ever since.

GUY POWELL

He has worked as a software developer and architect for some of the world’s largest technology companies as well as launching businesses in the music and retail sectors. His work has covered everything from mobile apps to architecting security systems for government agencies and everything in-between. For the last year he has spent his time working with James on the launch of the Smart Investment Fund and undertaking a PhD in robotics and artificial intelligence. His interest in crypto-currencies started in the first days of Bitcoin and he has been writing software that integrates with blockchains since 2012.

ICO

ICO offering new ERC-20 token on Ethereum network – SIFT,Each SIFT is a share in a cryptocurrency investment and trading fund.100% of the funds raised will be used for trading, but initially 15% of contributed funds will be set aside from the initial investment and used for day-to-day business expenses (paying for external audit, hiring staff, etc.)

This 15% is repaid to investors, as the team will take no management fee from the fund until the equivalent of that 15% would have been paid out.Exchange rate of 100:1 – each SIFT costs 0.01 ETH,while ICO runs from 1st August until 15th September – 45 days with an Unlimited release of SIFT during ICO – which determines fund’s value at the time that ICO closes.Trading will commence within approximately two weeks of the end of the ICO — probably at the very start of October, with the first dividend payment being available on the first Monday in November,this is when the fund will begin trading using the money invested during the ICO period,with an estimated ROI of 50-40% per year to investors

PROFITS/DIVIDEND EARNINGS TO TOKEN HOLDERS

Entitles the holder to a 50% share of all profits gained every month. Half of the total profits in USD are converted to ETH and then divided by the number of SIFT — this represents a dividend per SIFT. A dividend payment in ETH is then allocated to each SIFT holder based on the amount of SIFT that they hold

VOTING RIGHT TO TOKEN HOLDERS

Each SIFT token entitles the holder to a vote on any business action relating to significant changes in trading or anything that could affect shareholder value,voting areas includes Changes to instruments that are traded,Raising more money/ETH for the fund — from existing or external investors, any decision to shut down the fund,Contracts exist to allow shareholders voting decisions in the future direction of the fund, to pay dividends and to expose transparency information about money held by the fund. Bank account balances and trading fund account balances will be published to the blockchain daily with read-only API keys made available where possible. Once per quarter these figures will be externally audited and the results of audits made available immediately

MINIMAL FEE PAYMENT

Smart Investment Fund itself will make money by a management fee applied to the fund. This fee is only charged when the fund makes a profit and the fee is capped to never exceed a percentage of gross profit.

RISK MANAGEMENT

A number of risk-mitigation strategies is in place,for both the fund itself and individual trades.Twenty percent of the fund is held back from all trades at all times,a prudent reserve ensuring it is impossible to have the entire fund exposed at any point in time.

Each currency is weighted a remainder of the rest of the fund. This particular weighting will vary depending on market conditions that will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, but are loosely based around stability, liquidity, and market capitalization of each currency.Out of the 80% trading allocates 40% to BTC, 30% to ETH, 10% to LTC, 5% to DASH, 5% to XRP and 5% to ETC.

The actual amount traded would decrease down from this point depending on market conditions, the trading signal and expected movement of the trade.Funds are stored in USD when not involved in a trade.Multiple exchanges and brokers are used to reduce the reliance or risk on any one other third party.

TRADE CERTAINTY

For individual trades,measures and a number of actions are taken,this involves a proprietary system that provides a high degree of certainty — analysis can guarantee 100% success on certain signals back tested across years of data. If trading conditions aren’t certain, based on the same market conditions,there is no trade.

In addition to trading signals,An AI-based advisor is in place that shows the risk involved in a trade,trade are executed unless the advisor thinks it’s a good idea.Additional information before trades are taken includes the expected movement, past performance of the signal in a similar market for this instrument, expected draw-down and the win-to-loss ratio.

Every trade is taken by a human ,and is not an automated trading and rely on the human touch to open and close trades. Trades are never done against their systems warnings and will not take a trade unless, even with a perfect setup,until it is a valid and accurate trade.Leverage is not done more than the amount allocated to a particular currency.
